sendr.cloud is a file-transfer service that lets you upload files and share a download link with anyone. By using sendr.cloud you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You can use sendr.cloud anonymously for basic transfers. Some features (dashboard, analytics, longer expiry, larger transfers) require a free account. You're responsible for the security of your password and any activity on your account.
Don't upload or transfer content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or is intended to harass, defraud, or harm others. We can terminate accounts and remove content that violates these rules without notice.
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the technical license we need to store and serve those files for the lifetime of the transfer. We don't scan, sell, or train models on your content.
Free transfers are subject to per-transfer size and expiry caps. Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — no refund for unused portions of an active billing period unless required by law.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages can happen. Free tier is provided as-is, without an SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sendr.cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date. If a change is material we'll notify account holders by email.
